Global Sponsors Meeting kicks off the eCustomer World 2001 Marketing Campaign

TORONTO, January 31, 2001 - The eCustomerWorld.com Institute is pleased to announce that on January 30, a strategic planning meeting was held with the sponsors of eCustomer World 2001. The meeting laid down the framework for the various elements of this year's educational program and marketing campaign.

The meeting's agenda included the following program items:

  • The content, format, dates & locations of the Cross-Canada Tour
  • The timing of the special B2B & CRM Supplements
  • The structure of the Conference Agendas of CRMPower 2001 and B2BPower 2001
  • The 2001 eCustomer World Golden Awards
