CRM & B2B eBusiness Supplement to Reach Nearly One Million National Post Readers!

TORONTO, February 9, 2001 - The eCustomerWorld.com Institute is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement to publish a special CRM & B2B advertising supplement with the National Post. The supplement, to be published in mid March, will provide Canadian corporate executives from coast to coast with invaluable insight into the Canadian CRM & B2B industries and will demonstrate how Canadian enterprises can leverage eBusiness solutions to increase shareholder value, improve the bottom line and become more competitive.

The main portion of the editorial will be dedicated to outline the state of the B2B & CRM industries and future trends. It will also cover enterprise-wide strategies, technology benefits, and successful Canadian case studies that will demonstrate how these solutions enable organizations to instill greater customer loyalty, open new channels to market and achieve greater enterprise profitability. The supplement will also provide coverage on "eCustomer World 2001", an eBusiness event that will be held on October 9-11 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

"We are delighted to be working with the National Post once again to publish the third Canadian eBusiness supplement," said Jacob Gordon, President of the eCustomerWorld.com Institute. "With nearly one million readers nation-wide, the extensive reach of the National Post will help generate awareness about CRM & B2B solutions amongst Canada's top corporate executives".

All eCutomerWorld.com Institute clients and prospects will be alerted, via email, two days prior to publication date so that they may pick up a copy of the National Post in nearby newsstands. Those who reside outside Canada and wish to receive a FREE copy of the Supplement are requested to send an email stating full name, title and mailing address to circulation@eCustomerWorld.com.
