CRM Power 2001 & B2B Power 2001 - Call for Speakers Now Online!

TORONTO, February 18, 2001 - The eCustomerWorld.com Institute is pleased to extend an invitation to all interested parties (users, consultants, industry analysts, financial analysts and suppliers) to submit a Call for Speakers Application and nominate speakers for the "eCustomer World 2001" event, which takes place on October 9-11, 2001 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto, Canada.

eCustomer World 2001 will feature two conferences and expositions under one roof:

  • CRMPower 2001 - Canada's Customer Relationship Management Show, which will focus on the widespread proliferation of CRM technologies, applications and solutions in the eBusiness marketplace; and
  • B2BPower 2001 - Canada's Business-to-Business eCommerce Show, which will focus on the successful e-enablement of traditional brick-and-mortar business operations.

These two shows represent the hottest two market segments in eBusiness today. Staging these two educational events side by side will generate tremendous synergy to the benefit of conference delegates, expo visitors and exhibitors alike, primarily because the deployment and implementation of CRM and B2B technologies and applications are often intertwined.

CONFERENCE STRUCTURE & AGENDA

The conference tracks for both CRMPower 2001 and B2BPower 2001 can be viewed on the eCustomerWorld.com website. To view the agenda online, please follow the links below:

ONLINE NOMINATION FORM & DEADLINES

Applications must be submitted via an online nomination form. The forms can be found at the following URLs:

Applications will be accepted until midnight, April 30, 2001. Submission does not guarantee selection. Following detailed review, only selected speakers will be contacted by the conference Manager during the month of April to confirm their participation. Please note that preference will be given to sponsoring/exhibiting organizations during the review process. Due to production deadlines, selected speakers must be ready to submit their final presentations, in both soft (PowerPoint) and hard copy formats, no later than July 23, 2001.

The eCustomerWorld.com Institute does not pay speaker honorariums: all speakers are responsible for covering their travel and hotel accommodation costs. The eCustomerWorld.com Institute reserves full reproduction rights to all materials presented at both the CRMPower 2001 and B2BPower 2001 conferences.
