Distinguished Speakers to be Featured at eCustomer World 2001
TORONTO, July 2, 2001 - The eCustomerWorld.com Institute is pleased to announce the preliminary speaker panel for "eCustomer World" 2001, to take place in Toronto, Canada
on October 9-11, 2001. The panel is comprised of authors, industry gurus, market analysts, research experts and innovative end-users. Over 500 Call for Speaker submissions were received, and the evaluation process is still in progress. The speakers listed below have been selected after thorough evaluation; additional speakers will be announced in the near future.
The speakers will be featured either in the B2BPower 2001 Conference or the CRMPower 2001 Conference. Speaker bios can be viewed on the event website. Session titles/descriptions will be posted once the selection process is completed. In the meantime, an agenda-at-a-glance is available for each of the Conferences.
